Cllr Thomas signed the accounts and they have been seen by other councillors – Tracey to email reconciliation accounts to the councillors |
| 66/22 | TO AGREE STANDING ORDER FOR CLERK UNITL UNITY SET UP FOR NEW PARISH COUNCILLORS
PC agreed that until new councillors are added to the Unity Bank Account that Tracey would be paid for her core hours. Any additional payments will then be made one councillors have been set up. 14 hours a week x 11.97 x 4 weeks = £670.32 + £83.79 monthly holiday pay £754.11 from June 9th meeting (this is just for core hours only – expenses/mileage/extra hours & are not included) |
